Polenastics Ltd who opened their first pole fitness school in Buckinghamshire back in 2003 have just opened a new pole studio in Alford called Polenastics Lincolnshire. If the success of their opening day is anything to go by, the future of the studio looks good. Emma Addison a polenastics teachers said that
“It was a fantastic day, and plenty of people saw the real benefits of pole fitness classes after a quick turn on the pole and a few minutes with the three-times Irish Pole Dance Champion, Arlene Caffrey, who also taught a workshop for us on the day.” She was really pleased with the number of people who came to the launch and thinks that it is great to see that pole fitness is becoming more widely accepted form of exercise. She also explained that she herself had lost 2 stone when she started taking pole fitness classes without making any changes to her diet.
It’s no wonder really that pole dancing for fitness continues to get more and more popular
If you live in the Alford area then why not check them out. They teach at Alford Cricket Club on Mondays from 7pm-8pm, and 8pm to 9pm, and Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm, 7pm to 8pm and 8pm to 9pm. Group classes are available from £6.50 an hour (First class is £5). Other classes include private 1-2-1 lessons, small group classes, parties and host jams and master classes. Booking is essential due to small class sizes.

Emma Addison is a qualified Pole Fitness Instructor and qualified Level 2 Exercise to Music Instructor. She is also First Aid qualified and fully insured.
